Description

We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our growing team. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Here at Kinetico of West Texas, we provide water softener and reverse osmosis systems for both residential and commercial customers. We also offer KinetiCare, an ongoing hassle-free preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon monthly and annual sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Set up customer follow-up appointments to continue customer relations
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Attend area trade shows to generate sales lead
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer request
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, organized
  • Ability to travel within a 100-mile radius
  • Ability to calculate pricing, margin, discounts, and personal commissions
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field, or equivalent experience
